Regulatory Compliance
Based on the present applicability of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is not required to appoint Independent Directors under Section 149(4) of the Companies Act or Regulation 17 of the SEBI LODR Regulations.
Nevertheless, Pinwheel Finance Limited voluntarily follows sound corporate governance practices to strengthen stakeholder confidence and ensure responsible business management.
