How to Request Deletion of Personal Data

Customers who have shared their personal information with Pinwheel Finance Limited through our website, WhatsApp Business Platform, online loan application, customer support channels or any other digital service may request deletion of their personal information by submitting a written request.

We respect your privacy and process every request in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Registered Mobile Number
Email Address, if available
Loan Account Number, if applicable
Reason for data deletion, optional

Processing Timeline

After successful verification, requests are normally processed within 7 working days.

Certain records may be retained where required under RBI guidelines, the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, Prevention of Money Laundering Act or any other applicable statutory or regulatory requirements.

Important Information

Data deletion requests do not affect records that must be retained to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Loan account information required for audit, taxation, dispute resolution or regulatory reporting may continue to be retained for the legally prescribed period.
Once personal data has been permanently deleted, it cannot be restored.
